Our limited warranty ensures long-term durability, covering defects in materials, adhesion, and color performance.
We provide a limited warranty for our marine deck pads that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for products that are free and clear of liens and other encumbrances.
This warranty is effective for five (5) years from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions herein. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace the product. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
This limited warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship related to:
(a) peeling and lifting from adhesion, and
(b) excessive fading of color beyond normal weathering,
provided the product has been properly stored, covered, and used under normal conditions.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to:
(a) transportation
(b) improper storage
(c) improper use
(d) failure to follow product instructions or perform preventive maintenance
(e) modifications
(f) unauthorized repair
(g) normal wear and tear
(h) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other events beyond our reasonable control
In addition to the requirements listed above, only the following individuals are eligible:
(a) the original purchaser, or
(b) a subsequent authorized purchaser with a signed bill of sale
Proof of the original receipt or invoice is required for this limited warranty.
Contact the company before removing the defective product. You may be required to return the complete product for evaluation at the location where the work was completed or at another location as directed by the company.
If safety is a concern, cease use and document the issue with photos. Follow all requests during the claims process, including providing images and additional information.

With respect to any defective product during the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion:
(a) repair or replace the product (or defective part) free of charge, or
(b) refund the purchase price of the product
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
OUR LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
THERE IS NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to modify this warranty or make any additional warranties on behalf of Luxxo Marine/LuxxDek.
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal proceedings related to this warranty shall take place in the state courts of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
